SOUTH KOREA’S SCIENCE DIPLOMACY AND ODA IN CENTRAL ASIA

This paper aims to analyze South Korea's science diplomacy engagement with Central Asia, particularly through official development assistance (ODA). It investigates how and technology (S&T) ODA can align its in the region, a focus on flagship project of establishing Center Chemical Technology Uzbekistan (UzCCT). Through this project, Korea showcase technological expertise contribute economic growth partner countries. To achieve this, provides brief overview previous research evolution, examining characteristics limitations.
